Breastfeeding classes are held the third Monday of each month at Harmony's Family in Cherry Creek.
Milk-Onomics – 3 hour class for expectant parents. Practical skills and confidence for your parenting journey. $45
Milk-Onomics Q&A – 90 minute discussion group for new mothers. Bring your babies and your questions. $15
Milk-Onomics Back to Work – 90 minute class focusing on a smooth transition back to work. Preparation, pumping skills, and strategies to make your busy life easier. $30
Private classes at Harmony’s Family or in your home are available (additional fees apply).
